Dean’s Bio
With over three decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, I have decided to establish my own independent contracting business. I am eager to bring my expertise to any project, whether it be interior or exterior. I have been self-employed for many years, but now I am taking the leap to pursue this full-time. My specialties include carpentry, small additions, remodeling, and outdoor spaces. Additionally, I operate heavy equipment for home and land improvements, ranging from grinding driveways to reworking waterways and gardening. My goal is to transform your outdoor environment and more. Working with people and helping them realize their dreams are my passion. It is just me and my wife working together, so please contact us and let us assist you in your projects.
Founded in August 2024, Dean’s Home & Land Improvements was established so Dean could focus
on what he loves most—carpentry. While he has the background and ability to build homes from the
ground up, his current focus is on remodeling, repairs, and renovations, ensuring every project is
crafted with precision and care.
When he isn’t on the job site, Dean enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, family, and two
German Shepherds. He loves fishing, hunting, and hiking—activities that not only provide relaxation
but also inspire his creative approach to construction and design.
